First off, let me tell you that I LOVE whole milk, I don't care for low fat or nonfat. Let's just say I was not expecting much from dehydrated nonfat milk out of a can. I took the plunge...
To say that I was surprised upon tasting this milk is understating it at best, The milk is SUPERB! I cannot believe that it is nonfat, it is truly delicious.
Per someone's suggestion here on the EE site, I added 1/2 teaspoon and a few drops of vanilla before mixing and it gives the milk wonderful hints of sweetness and vanilla.
I highly recommend this milk, you won't be disappointed!
PS - The plastic pitcher that comes with the milk does a really nice job of mixing the powder...

This milk tastes good. I used a Rubbermaid 3 cup capacity screw top container, put in 2 cups of cold water and 1/2 cup of powdered milk. Then I screwed the top back on and shook it vigorously for about 1-2 minutes. You can mix a quart of milk with the container that comes with this. ..just use 1 cup of powdered milk. The powder mixes easily with the water. Then chill it overnight in the refrigerator and the result tastes just like regular nonfat milk to me.
Not bad! Not bad at all! No more spoiled milk for me. I just mix what I need. A few days later, I mix some more.
