Used more mix.
My daughter made some for my grandson, and it came out about like the previous reviews said. She even set the container on ice, hoping that might be cold enough to get a better consistency. I finally tried making some with more mix, to get a very nice consistency - at the end, I was whisking in additional water a bit at time to get it just right, so I can't say what the final amounts were.

I'd have to agree with the other reviewer that the pudding does not set up like store bought, thank you. What surprised me though, was how filling it was and yes, I don't need to add milk to make it. It even tastes good!

Tastes great, but not what I expected
I love the idea of having pudding without the need for milk. It tastes great, but I have not been able to get it to set up with the same consistency of the store bought stuff. I have only made three batches so far, so it may turn out better if I increase the powder to water ratio. If it is good enough to eat 3 times that is a testament to the overall taste/quality of the product. I will be ordering more for storage.
