I liked it
I thought this was pretty good. I was a little worried when I first opened the can. It had such a strong smell that I thought it would have a really overpowering artificial banana flavor. Turns out it has a really nice flavor. Not too strong, no weird after-tastes. I did knock it down one star because it set up pretty soft and the husband and kids wished it had a stronger pudding-like texture. I might be able to thicken it up by cutting down the water a bit. I'll experiment. But I thought it was great, and the price is right. I've learned through personal experience that when living on food storage, it's really good to have some comfort items like this. I'm back to order more.

A little goes a long way. The flavor in this pudding is intense making your taste buds jump. It's a great additional treat to the "stash". After all, who wants to eat beans and rice with more beans and rice for dessert?
