Ingredients:Green Bell Pepper.

Directions:To rehydrate, add 1 Tbsp of dehydrated green bell pepper dices to 1/4 cup boiling water. Cover, and let simmer for 3-5 minutes. (Alternatively, let sit for 1-2 hours in cold water.) Drain excess water. Yields approximately 2 Tbsp of green bell pepper dices for your favorite recipes.
