Allergens: Contains milk products. Processed in a plant that handles wheat, egg, milk, soybean, peanut, and tree nut products.
Directions: For a single ½ cup serving, add 3 Tbsp instant mashed potatoes to ½ cup boiling water. For 4 ½ cup servings, add ¾ cups instant mashed potatoes to 2 cups boiling water. For fluffier potatoes, briefly whip with a mixer.
I cringe when I think of instant potatoes but decided to try these today. They were beyond wonderful. I will be using these often.

This is better than what you will find in the supermarket and much easier to make. Just add water.

I tried these potatoes for the first time today, and expected them to be tasteless. Was I ever wrong! My daughter-in-law makes very good mashed potatoes, and these are nearly as good as hers. I'll definitely keep them on hand.

Best Instant Potatoes Ever
We've tried quite a few brands of instant potatoes and these clearly are the closest to fresh mashed potatoes!

I usually hate instant potatoes, because they always taste like paste. I ordered these to try for storage and must say that they are as close to regular potatoes as you can get. I doubled the recipe because of the size of my family. The first time I used an electric mixer and added butter because they were a little stiff. The second time, after mixing with the water, I added butter, a little milk, sour cream, some cheddar cheese, and whipped with a fork. Potatoes were very good and creamy. I think adding a little milk is what made them so creamy. No complaints from the family. Next time I am going to try them with half milk and half water. I will be buying a lot more for my storage.
