Ingredients: Carrots.

Allergens: Processed in a plant that handles milk, wheat, egg, soybean, peanut and tree nut products.

Directions: To rehydrate, add 1/2 cup boiling water to 3 tablespoons of dehydrated carrot slices. Cover and let sit for 15-20 minutes. (Alternatively, let sit for 1-2 hours in cold water). Drain excess water. Yields approximately 1/2 cup of carrot slices.

I ordered 2 cans and they were both very full. This is a good value, thin sliced carrots that are a nice orange color and sweet tasting. I used them in a soup, stew and a roast. They came out perfect every time. This can makes a lot of carrots.
