This is the only buttermilk product on the market that I have found good for drinking . It is on a par with the Provident Pantry Milk for taste, but is richer and creamier. It is also great in waffles and cream soups.

We use this for baking mostly and it mixes easily with water, eggs or other ingredients. Will buy this a lot!

I have used the Provident Pantry Buttermilk Powder for years. I don't drink buttermilk, but I use a lot of this powder in my receipes and it works just like the real thing. My pantry always has a couple of cans in it - everyday use or emergency use - it doesn't matter. :)

Good buttermilk substitute
This works very well as a buttermilk substitute. The taste is good. It doesn't have the leavening properties of fresh buttermilk, but a little bit of vinegar added to the buttermilk helps with that. I use it is homemade bread and scones, and they turn out great. It's also the best price I've been able to find.

Love your product. Would like to see #10 cans of Ranch dressing. The sausage TVP is great, makes delicious gravy and sausage biscuits.
