Directions:To rehydrate, add 1 cup boiling water to 1/3 cup of Diced Broccoli. Cover, and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Drain excess water. Yields approximately 1 cup of Diced Broccoli.
The can was really full. Very small pieces, I used it for Cheddar Broccoli soup, broccoli rice, and a chicken with noodles dish. It worked well with all of them. I only gave it a 4 because the first time I dehydrate some I found a large leaf in it. I think it may have been a spinach leaf. I would buy this again.

I tried this in a broccoli casserole and could not tell the difference between this and fresh broccoli.
