AquaGear Water Filtration Bottle
This bottle filter is great for emergencies and just to take with you to enjoy fresh water anywhere. You can fill it from the bottom and filter water immediately by simply squeezing the bottle. The bottle includes a 40-micron prefilter to keep large objects or particles from entering the bottle. Water is then filtered through the head via a proprietary ionic Adsorption Micron Filtration system, which removes up to 99.99% of chemical pollutants and biological containments such as e-coli, Giardia, and Cryptosporidium found in drinking water sources. To add even more protection, the unit has a compartment built into the bottom cap to allow water purification tablets to dissolve into your water. The bottle holds up to 18 oz. and can filter more than 700 refills, giving you up to 100 gallons of filtered water over its lifetime. MSRP $29.95

It seems to work just fine. I am sure that they are going to do just fine for us. I have told others about this and they are wanting to get this item too. I really think that it is a great item. Use it while on hiking trips and even just to have on a daily walk. It keeps the water cool for a while. Having cool water while hiking into and out of the Grand Canyon is a must, well for us it is.
