I keep a very large supply of this on hand at all times. Only problem is, once the can is open this can get very hard before you can use it. I put it in small canning jars and vacuum seal them with my vacuum sealer. Just a note. I find that the large mouth jars seam much better then the small mouth jars.

Better than wet pack

The more I use this powder, the less I care about typical canned tomato products. It has a wonderful ripe sweet flavor and is so versatile. I appreciate the long shelf life as well.
Mix with 2 parts water, some olive oil, herbs and sugar for the best instant pizza sauce ever.

Tomato powder!

This powder is the BEST! Mix it with a little water, you have great tomato paste...want sauce, simply add more water and spices. It is soooo handy!
I highly recommend it! And a little goes such a long ways!
