Good, but prefer chunks over slices

These have good taste, texture and color, but they are very small and thin. We'd prefer chunks of potato.

Way better than home-dehydrated

I've been using my potato slices for making fried potatoes. And they're very good. But I ran out. So I got the potatoes I sliced and dehydrated myself and gave them a try. My potatoes are no where near as good as these. The only complaint I have is that they don't have a version with the skins still on. I like potato slices with the skins still on so I don't lose all that nutrition. But other than that, these potatoes are awesome.

Augratin potatoes

I bought a case of these a year ago for making the easiest augratin potatoes. My kids couldn't get enough! I am ordering more! The recipe book on how to use your food storage gave me ideas for more ways to use them that I'm excited to try.
