We eat dehydrated foods every day. Everything from macaroni and cheese to instant cake mixes and soup mixes are dehydrated. Most rehydrated fruits, vegetables, and textured vegetables proteins will rehydrate in about 20 minutes in warm or hot water. For this reason, we recommend you maintain adequate water storage with your food storage program. Each #10 Can makes approximately 24 one-cup servings.

Yummy and easy to make. I tried these based on the first review. They did not disappoint. The prep time was longer than I expected but not bad and these are worth the wait. They are very close to restaraunt quality.

These potaotes taste great and are so versatile. Not only have I used them as hashbrowns but have also made them into scalloped potaotes and have tossed them into stews. A time saving product my family loves.
