Sweet Carrots

Sweet great tasting carrots. These carrots are more like a thick shred than a dice. And yes they are dehydrated not freeze dried so they rehydrate to a raw state. Excellent flavor. Great for those quick dishes, but not instant.

Tastes like fresh

We were looking for lighter weight options for nutritious food to take when we hike the PCT from Mexico to Canada. We ordered the Carrots and put some in our instant mashed potatos and they tasted like fresh carrots. The Carrots rehydrate to a "raw" state so did not "cook" in our zipper locking bag but added flavor and crunch.

Carrot Dices are a must have staple at our home. A handful of them add the perfect color and flavor of freshness to quiche, stews, casseroles and those good ol' food storage bean soup concoctions that simmer all day!
