Most rehydrated fruits, vegetables, and textured vegetables proteins will rehydrate in about 20 minutes in warm or hot water. For this reason, we recommend you maintain adequate water storage with your food storage program. Each #10 Can makes approximately 46 1.2-cup servings.

The sauce comes in small bits. I preferred powder so I put the applesauce in a blender and ground it up. The water/applesauce ratio is 2:1. I added the water and let the applesauce set in the refrigerator overnight. The following morning I had applesauce that was the best I’ve ever eaten.
