Awesome Eggs

These eggs are awesome. My favorite way to eat scrambled eggs it to saute up some bacon pieces with chopped onions, green peppers, and celery. This morning I sauted freeze-dried green peppers and celery (I forgot the onion) and some bacon flavored TVP. Then I added the re-hydrated Scrambled Egg Mix. The eggs were wonderful. I couldn't tell the eggs weren't fresh.

Eggs Anyone!

Okay, so its not real scrambled eggs but my kids really like them. I bought it to try out and see if we could survive off of this and I think we will have no problem. My kids favorite way to eat these eggs is to combine it with freeze dried sausage and roll it up in a tortilla. I even served it to some friends this way to see if they could tell the difference and not one noticed. In fact, all the breakfast burritos were gone!

These eggs taste great! From the first to the last bite we couldn't tell they weren't "real" eggs. They taste very good, and each member of our family thought the consistency was good, too. Get this for your food storage. You won't be disappointed! :)
