There is SO MUCH in this can ! ! ! !

First of all, this can has a whopping 66oz. of powder that makes 37 cups (more than 2 gallons) of cheese sauce. The price they ask is a BARGAIN. I agree it is mild, BUT NOT FLAVORLESS. This is a perfect BASE to be SPICED any way to match the mood of your tastebuds. I have only tried this on eggs and vegetables but can't wait to do the nachos, Mac & Cheese, noodle casseroles, baked potatoes.........So much to eat, So little time.

This is a new staple in my pantry. I will never go back to store bought Mac-n-cheese. Just add a little salt and it will taste just like it. I mix it with hot sauce for queso. Great for hot dogs and nachos, broccoli, etc. Has a great flavor and can easily be seasoned if you want more of a kick. I love having this to entertain unexpected crowds of kids.

Great in Casseroles

We love this Cheese blend and do not find it too mild for our tastes. I especially like it to add to casseroles and hot dishes. Adding this blend to a plain White Sauce recipe makes a great sauce for anything: vegetables, baked potatoes, etc. It is convenient and also does not cake up like a competitor's Cheese Sauce Mix that we have used. I plan to stock up well on this!
