I got a rise out of this yeast!

I bought this yeast because it was on sale. In the future I will buy it because it's great. I had no idea that there could be a true difference between yeasts. I had always used the packets from the grocery store, and just assumed that all yeasts were created equal. Boy was I wrong! I just baked 2 loaves of bread and they rose higher than with the grocery store yeast. The bread tastes great, and the price, alone, makes this yeast a whole lot cheaper than in the stores. Superior taste. Superior quality...and, unopened and in the freezer, it will keep up to 5 years! What a deal!!

This is a great product and I have used it for many years.Worked for a major food supplier and they sold it for years. I keep 4-5 in my freezer at all times and one in my fridge.I use it all the time to make bread with.
