Everyone Should Have One

I got my Nutrimill Grinder for Christmas last year and it was immediately put into heavy use. Used to use a grinder attachment on my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer but it did not provide a fine enough flour and the engine could only manage short sessions of grinding before getting too hot. With the Nutrimill Grinder I can produce very quickly - very fine flour. I bake bread weekly using our stored grains and this is a superior grinder that everyone should have if you regularly use your storage grains in daily cooking and baking.

I've had a nutrimill for several months now and I love it. It does a great job for very fine flour and even the course flour is better than store bought!! I haven't had any problems with dust except when I didn't have the hopper in all the way. :-) I think this is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to grind their own flour.
