We bought one for each one of our kids for Christmas. They are building their food storage and they did not have anything to grind their wheat with. If they can afford to get an electric one later GREAT... but, they have something to use if the power is ever out. It is a win win buy. It really grinds the wheat fine. Granted it takes some time, a couple of minutes to grind a cup of wheat, which is not bad.

Good for bread flour

We just tried this mill and the Marga mill side by side on my table to grind some of our wheat for flour. This mill grinds MUCH finer flour than the Marga (we had to grind the Marga flour 3 times to get it the same consistency). Great!!!

Perfect for everyday use!

This mill is perfect for grinding just the amount I need to make a loaf of fresh homemade wheat bread each day! Since I can mill it right there, I lose none of the nutritional value of my wheat. Also, it's not noisy, just requires a very little bit of muscle to grind the wheat. I love it!!
