 - Friday, February 25, 2011 Good Product Reviewed By: Lisa ( , Ohio) This product is being used every other week in our home. Each tray will hold about 2 apples or 4 bananas or 1 lb of strawberries. With the above foods the dehydrator has, on average, had to run 12 hours to dry them when using 6 trays. The thermostat only has three numbers on it: 93, 125, and 153. The highest temperature is not high enough to dry meats without extra cooking steps before being placed in the dehydrator. I like this product simply for the apple chips I can make which everyone, toddler to grandmother, loves in our family. Read More Reviews |
