Great snack great in foods

Great snack right out of the can or put them in cereals, muffins or pancakes. Works best if the water for reconstituting is used in the receipe. Let soak in the milk before adding cereal.

Crunchy Fruit

Imagine the size, shape, and consistency of Cocoa Puff cereal. Now turn it dark blue, and let it taste like naturally sweet blueberries.
That's exactly what you get in the #10 can of blueberries. Eat them by the handful, or put them in your hot cereals, or muffin recipes. If you choose to reconstitute them, soak them in water for 15-20 minutes. They wont taste like fresh picked, but they will be close enough you probably wont mind.
The blueberries we don't eat immediately we store in mason jars, that we seal with our FoodSaver Food Vacuum and jar attachment. When we are ready for our next blueberry fix we open the jar, and the fruit is as crisp and fresh as when it came straight from the can (even in this humid corner of Texas.)
My only complaint is all the cans have about 1/2-3/4" of fruit powder at the bottom. It makes me sad to think of the blueberries we lost. It's not as wonderful as a blueberry, but we use the powder to flavor yogurt, or fruit smoothies.
