Good flavor, but small pieces

Enjoyed this, but we are used to broccoli being much larger n the plate, so it wasn't quite the same experience we have with frozen broccoli. I'd buy again, though.

Not as good as some of the other vegetables

Of all the vegetables we took on our sailing trip across the Pacific to Australia, this one was our least favorite. The flavor was nice, but the florets were not as green as fresh or frozen - sort of pithy.

Talk about great stuff... I am impressed. Not what I thought it would be at all... This is quite close to fresh. I rehydrate and stuff it in the fridge and you can't hardly tell the difference from fresh. The taste and texture is superb! As for the "dust" - yeah, there is some - but it is perfect in rice and in mashed potatoes or making the "meals in a jar". Thank you for this product! My food storage has variety and "great tasting food too!"
