not fresh but still good

OK, so no dried milk is going to taste like fresh--if you go in expecting that, you'll be disappointed. But this is good. I took all the advice I could find on line about maximizing taste: I mixed it in the mixer pitcher, chilled thoroughly before drinking, stored in glass jar, added a little vanilla. I now only put vanilla if I want a "malted" flavor. It's not at all difficult to get use to--I'm finishing off the can I opened to use when we had radiation in our milk supply. Great for cooking, not bad for drinking! I'll definitely order more!

I am pleasantly surprised. This is good stuff! I've never been a huge fan of dried foods (although food storage is more important than gourmet taste these days, a fact of which I am fully aware), and I generally prefer a little "fat" in my milk, as in 2%. But this is really good. I'm drinking it just because I like it. I will admit I make it with a little less water than called for, but I really like it! Thank you!

This Milk is Great

I mixed this milk as instructed; however, I also added some sugar, vanilla flavoring and ice and mixed it in the blender and it tasted just like a milkshake. I guess you could use whatever flavoring you want for your taste. I served it at a Presentation one night and a Relief Society Enrichment night to about 58 attendees and they all liked it.
