Still Remarkable

This is the only Mountain House food that I haven't given 5 stars. The cheesecake filling tastes fake - even on the second day. Of course, we are totally spoiled at our house. I prepare real food every day and I bake from scratch frequently. My first impression was, “I won’t order this.” Then my husband pointed out that in a disaster, it’s a WHOLE LOT better than nothing. Very true. The blueberry topping was excellent. If you’re going to prepare it ahead of time, save the graham cracker crumbs till you serve it. They get soggy. Also, I would prepare it in a bowl, not the bag it came in. It was hard to scrape all the cheesecake out of the bag.
