The No-see-ums Still Bit Me

I wore a patch on each wrist and ankle when we went kayaking at Sanibel Island in Florida in the summer. It seemed to keep the mosquitos away, yes, but the "no-see-ums" (little gnats that live near the water) were biting me all over.
