My wife and I have been using cut up frozen onion and we did not care for the dehydrated onion. But with so much trouble with power outages and trying to cut back on freezer use we tried your freezed dried white onion flakes and found them to be just as good as using fresh onions. Really great product

I hate dicing onions and my husband jokes that my onions have to be NVO (no visible onions). These are great because they meet both my requirements. I just throw a handful in when cooking (or more or less as needed). I don't have to dice and I get the great onion flavor without big chunks of onion.
