Storage and handling tips: DO NOT OPEN UNTIL READY TO USE. Optimum storage is at normal room temperature conditions. After opening, reseal unused contents with plastic recloseable lid. For best results, contents should be used immediately after opening. However, when protected from moisture, product has been found acceptable up to 1 week after opening. Please note: #10 cans are sold by weight, not volume. Some settling may have occured due to shipping, handling or variations in the product density. Net Wt. 19.4 oz. (1 lb. 3.4 oz).

Now, frankly, eggs are only so good as a freeze dried item, but I find this mix more than adequate. Very flavorful.
TIP: after 'cooking', use a fine mesh strainer to fully drain the excess water, layer over some shredded hashbrowns and your eating good! - Sunday, October 25, 2009 great tasting!
