PRODUCT INFORMATION

Directions:For cereal: Cook 1/4 cup Cracked Wheat in 3/4 cup water until tender. Simmer Cracked Wheat for 15 minutes for a more mush-like texture. Delicious if cooked in a crock pot overnight. Serve with milk and honey.
For using Cracked Wheat Cereal in your bread recipe (For 2 loaves of bread): Use 1/3 Cup Cracked Wheat Cereal in 1/2 Cup Water, bring to a boil, boil for 15 minutes, then let sit until the water is absorbed. Add to your bread recipe.
