PRODUCT INFORMATION

Directions for Cornbread:
1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. baking powder

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Beat egg and milk together. Add to dry ingredients. Blend until dry ingredients are just moistened. Pour into a buttered 8-inch square pan. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until cornbread turns golden on top.
