And they're very good. But I ran out. So I got the potatoes I sliced and dehydrated myself and gave them a try. My potatoes are no where near as good as these. The only complaint I have is that they don't have a version with the skins still on. I like potato slices with the skins still on so I don't lose all that nutrition.
