The cans are easy to store and rotate. Even more important, they have sustained us through our catastrophic Texas weather the last decade...floods in 2001, layoff shortly after that, and several hurricanes, most recently Hurricane Ike! I use the fresh flour to make homemade waffles, tortillas, bread, muffins, healthy cookies...you name it. My children have been raised on this wheat, and all of them are healthy, strong, and athletic. The boys play high school football, so needless to say, they eat a lot. The health benefits from the whole wheat will continue to last a lifetime. Thank you for providing our family with this product! |
