Excellent flour mill

I purchased one of these as an inexpensive "back up" in case something went wrong with my usual mill. I decided to try it out, and found it's much better than the $300 one I normally use! Plus, it takes up far less space on the kitchen counter. There is none to compare at this price.

I absolutely love my Back to Basics grainmill. It's attached to my table all the time. Because it's so handy and easy to use, I make bread, muffins, pancakes, flour for gravy, etc. all the time. This is a wonderful mill for the price. I'm going to purchase a second one and put it in my food storage area as a backup because I've been so happy with my mill.

great grinder

I love this little grinder. I keep it attached to my counter and grind my flax seed right into my cereal, yogurt, salad, etc. so the flax seed is always fresh. And if I ever lose power, it will come in handy for wheat.

Perfect for everyday use!

This mill is perfect for grinding just the amount I need to make a loaf of fresh homemade wheat bread each day! Since I can mill it right there, I lose none of the nutritional value of my wheat. Also, it's not noisy, just requires a very little bit of muscle to grind the wheat. I love it!!

Good for bread flour

We just tried this mill and the Marga mill side by side on my table to grind some of our wheat for flour. This mill grinds MUCH finer flour than the Marga (we had to grind the Marga flour 3 times to get it the same consistency). Great!!!
