ITS NICE TO KNOW THAT THE BACK UP IS THERE IF YOU EVER NEED IT. I HAVE NOT OPENED ANY OF IT YET, BUT HOPE TO START TRYING SOME OF THE VEGGIES AND THE RECIPES REAL SOON. An unexpected benefit for us is the convenience of adding more variety, especially soups. We can add a half dozen veggies we might not bother to prepare "just for soup", making the soup taste better and providing more nutrition. With winter coming, I expect we'll use this supply a LOT.
