However, it turns out that it is very good! I made tacos, added spice and sauteed it as I would as I would were it fresh ground beef. I could not taste any difference and used the leftovers a couple of days later for burritos and it was even better. I gave it a 4 only because I don't think I would use it plain. The texture is much finer than fresh ground beef would be. But overall, I know that we will be happy to have it in an emergency. |
