Provident Pantry White Sugar (plus extra for rolling dough in)

Provident Pantry Brown Sugar (packed)
1 C
Provident Pantry Peanut Butter Powder
1 C
Provident Pantry Butter Powder
1/4 C
Provident Pantry Whole Egg Powder
3 - 3 1/2 C
Provident Pantry White Flour
1 1/2 tsp
Provident Pantry Baking Soda
1/2 tsp
Provident Pantry Baking Powder
2 T
oil (vegetable), optional
1 C
Boiling Water
1 bag
Hersey’s Kisses


1. In a large bowl combine sugars, butter, egg, and peanut butter powder. Mix.

2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder.

3. Add boiling water and oil to sugar mixture. Stir well until smooth

4. Add Flour mixture to sugar mixture. Mix until well combined (will form a dough).

5. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar.

6. Place each ball 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.

7. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie. Remove cookies from baking sheet and place on a wire rack to cool.

Yield: Approximately 48 cookies
