Oatmeal Raisin Muffins Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 C
Flour
1 Tbsp
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Salt
1/3 C
Sugar
1 C
Uncooked Quick Rolled Oats
1/2 C
Freeze Dried Raisin
1 Tbsp
Dehydrated Whole Eggs (Mix with 2 Tbsp Hot Water)
1 C
Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk
1/4 C
Dehydrated Shortening Powder

PREPARATION

1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in large bowl.

2. Stir in rolled oats and raisins.

3. Beat eggs and add milk.

4. Add milk mixture in flour mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are wet, leave batter lumpy.

5. Fill greased muffin pan half-full. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until muffins are brown.
