This is an excellent product. I used it in a meatsauce recipe and it was delicious - you would never be able to tell it wasn't fresh bought meat!

Easy to use

We are very pleased with this product. I have used the meat in 2 soup dishes and 1 sauce and no one could tell it had been a dehydrated product. Very simple to use. Wish there was a conversion chart on the container. For example if a recipe calls for one pound of ground beef, how much would I reconstitute to get that equivalent?

{Response from Emergency Essentials - Glad you liked it DavidS. We'll look into a method of conversion for pre-reconstituted weight to rehydrated product weight.}
