I bought this item to keep on hand in case I ran short on cheese for sauce. Well, it happened, family wanted broccoli with cheese sauce. Needless to say I was short on cheese. I made this up and add the cheese I had on hand and it was a big hit. It was so much easier too than making a rue adding milk and so on. I will make sure I always have this product handy.

Awesome And Easy
I had read reviews of the Cheese Blend in the larger can, and being leary, decided to go ahead and try it. I had purchased some powdered cheese elsewhere and am not impressed at all. Salt and a flavor of cheese popcorn, and if you cook or heat it, it loses it's flavor. And that is what I was expecting this Cheese Blend would be like. I am so happy I was WRONG. It's not salty. It blends easily in hot water. It has a mild cheesy flavor, not severe. I used it with the freeze dried Cauliflower. Spouse and I both were quite pleased. It's worth the money.
