Directions: Use as called for in recipes.
To use Baking Soda as an antacid to alleviate heartburn, sour stomach and/or acid indigestion: mix 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda in 1/2 cup of water. Use every two hours, up to a maximum of 8 dosages. Do not use if you are on a sodium restricted diet, and always consult a physician.
Baking Soda may also be used as an air freshener or cleanser. Also good as a toothpaste.
