Not good

This came as part of a 3 month supply we purchased. My son and I take a bunch of various samples from the supply, when we go camping, just to try them out. This was entirely inedible. Disgusting is the best word for it.
I'm writing this review while I'm back here reordering more MREs that we LOVE to take camping with us or just to snack on at home. The 3 monthsupply only came with a few selections of some things and a LOT of selections of others. This veggie lasagna stuff was unfortunately one of the items that we have an abundance of.

You Might Love This!!!

I'm trying numerous itemsin an effort to choose tasty items for my earthquake prep.
I didn't care for this but only because of personal preferances!
It looks a lot like the canned lasagne we sometimes ate as an afterschool snack. I added just a bit of water before heating because I like pasta a bit more "saucy" than this is prepared.
First, this is a red sauce, not the white sauce you might be expecting. Second, there may have been vegetables but I didn't see any or taste any. Finally, there were beans. I *loathe* beans. I'm not sure what kind but there was a very strong bean flavor.
BUT!!! if you like beans, you may really like this!! The texture was just like the canned lasagne I remember fondly from school.

{Response from Emergency Essentials - Thanks for your review. Sampling MRE’s or other items is a great way to begin your food storage and emergency preparations. We are sorry to hear you were not pleased with MRE Vegetable Lasagna. This vegetarian entrée does include pinto beans, zucchini squash, onions, and a tomato base with seasonings (ingredients for each product we carry are posted on our web site). We are happy to replace this entrée or issue you a credit. We do want you to be pleased with each item you purchase.}
