Excellent portable heating unit!
I fired up this dude in sub-zero weather to change a flat tire in my garage. It got the surrounding area nice a warm and made it comfortable to change the tire. It has a blower but requires batteries. You don't need the batteries but it won't be as effecient pushing the warm air out. It can run on one mini tank or two (one on each side). Can be used in doors under proper caution. Excellent portable heat source if your house lost power.

Good back-up heat source
I bought this product two winters ago and feel that it was a good purchase. We used it for a short time during a power outage, and it does put out a nice amount of heat. Read the directions first, so you know how it works. I was intimidated but it wasn't hard to light. I used two of the "camping" size propane bottles for fuel. I am now purchasing the adapter hose to use with the larger "grill" size tanks, in case we have a need to use it for a longer time. As always, be aware of safety. The floor did get hot right in front of the heater, on a hardwood floor.
