I checked with other outdoorsman and read online reviews before I was finally convinced to order. I bought a supply to have on hand and on a Saturday morning tested out the eggs, ham and peppers. Wow, what a surprise! I was amazed at how good this is. Just as good as if I made the meal from scratch, but thirty minutes faster and way easier! I've ordered more. D.

Don't forget the eggs!
On a scale of 1 to 10 I consider most meals from a can to be a 5 or less, powdered eggs a solid 3 (but can reach a 5 with serious help), while eggs from the shell garnished with cheese and the right spices are somewhere around a 9.5! Following the instructions to the letter, and draining the excess liquid after 8 minutes, produced a meal that I rated at 6. With a little seasoning it was a 6.5 and cheese would have made it a 7. Not bad, in my opinion.
If you are at all squeamish about water on the plate then the eggs are best eaten from the bag. The ham was occasionally a bit tough but since it was nicely diced, it was not a problem. If you are in the middle of the woods you will think these eggs rock out loud. However, bring a little seasoning for best results.
I and my wife are not big eaters, so this single-serving pack, with a side dish, would have easily fed both of us. As it was, I had to share it with my dog as it was just too much food.
