This is my absolute favorite Mountain House meal. I haven't found it to be too salty, and it has a good amount of pepper, as well. Reconstitute longer than recommended to get the chicken texture just right. Otherwise, it can be a little chewy.

MH Chicken and Rice
Good but extremely salty. Have lots of water handy! Used the heater pak and that was wonderful!

This chicken and rice pro-pak makes a good amount of food. My only complaint is the high salt content. The compact size of the Pro-Pak is very handy for storing and transporting.
