Just tried this entree and it was better then I expected. My girlfriend doesn't eat meat so it's tough to find something we can share. This was adequate for a lunch time meal for the two of us. We plan on taking a number of the various Mountain House meals camping with us, the vegetarian ones should go nice with a fresh piece of trout, yum!
