I love this versatile food
This corn has a very good flavor, similar to that of frozen corn. It rehydrates quickly and is tender and flavorful with great texture. It is extremely convenient to throw a few handfuls into soups, stews, etc I will be buying more.

Best Corn I have had
in a long time.. This is corn is really sweet and honestly I don't buy this stuff for emergencies, I buy it because its shelf stable and I am cooking only for myself and my dog so I have wasted a lot of money buy fresh fruits and vegetables and eating them before they turn.
True, they are a bit pricy, but when you factor in the waste of fresh foods, and I hate to mess with frozen, I also forget I have it.
And I can a tablespoon or a cup or any amount in between and not waste a bit of it.
