Ingredients: Whole grain rolled oats, whole grain rolled wheat, brown sugar, corn syrup, rice flour, almonds, oat flour, partially hydrogenated cottonseed and/or soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nonfat dry milk, barley malt syrup, baking soda, salt, whey, guar gum, natural flavor, polyglycerol esters, malted barley flour, wheat flour, dextrose, Vitamins and minerals: Alpha tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E), niacinamide, zinc oxide, Vitamin C, iron, pyridoxide hydrochloride, (Vitamin B6), riboflavin (VItamin B2), Vitamin A (palmitate protected with BHT), thiamin mononitrate (Vitamin B1), folic acid, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12.

Allergens: Contains wheat, tree nuts, and milk products. May contain soybean products. Processed in a plant that handles milk, wheat, egg, soybean, peanut, and tree nut products.

Directions: Serve as a breakfast cereal with hot or cold milk, server with fresh or canned fruit, mix with hot or cold cereal or use as a topping for fruit, yogurt, ice cream and puddings. Low-fat Granola makes a great trail mix for backpacking, hiking and camping. It also can be eaten as a snack right out of the bag.

My family absolutely loves this granola and it's low in fat. We've gone through 14 pounds of it in about a month.

A family favorite

This granola is an awesome family favorite we like for breakfast or an anytime snack. We appreciate the value of the large resealable bag that makes it easy to use for regular meals as well as for our emergency stores. Great stuff!

Just as good as the canned

My kids, all 6 of them, as well as my wife and I have enjoyed the #10 can of the Low-fat cinnamon almond granola. I would buy a case whenever it was on sale. I saw this advertised for 7lb. bag and hoped it would be the same as the canned type. I bought 6 bags and found it to be a little lighter in color but tastes the same. The kids love it in their yogurt and I like it in milk as well. I put 4 bags in two buckets for storage.
