Katadyn Combi water filter
Just used the combi for the first time and it works great, easy to use and pump along with great tasting water. Just follow the instruction for initial use and your ready to go. Also easy to clean. I would recommend.

Excellent Water Filter
I've owned several Katadyn water filters but the Katadyn Combi is the best of those I've used. It has performed flawlessly under a variety of conditions and the water always tastes very good. No one in my family has experienced any problems with intestinal parasites or other "bugs" either. Nothing gets through the silver-embedded ceramic filter. The charcoal filter is the only thing that has to be changed out every six (6) months or so depending on use and it makes the water taste so much better. I give the Katadyn Combi 5 Stars. It is a must for emergency preparedness.

All-around filter for water qualities around the world. The tried and tested ceramic depth filter removes bacteria, protozoa and other disease-causing agents. The principle: the micro-organisms cannot pass through the mini pores of the filter ceramic (.2 microns) because of their size (greater than .2 microns + .0002 mm). Unlike disposable filters, the ceramic can be cleaned many times – even in the field.
2-stage filter (active carbon, ceramic), not only removes disease-causing agents, but also chemicals and improves the taste of drinking water. Long lasting and extremely reliable. Cleanable ceramic filter element that can also filter very cloudy water. Includes measuring gauge which indicates when the filter element should be changed.
