Granola Fruit Kabobs Recipe

INGREDIENTS

2 C
Granola
1 1/2 C
Freeze Dried Apple
2 C
Freeze Dried Banana Slices
1 C
Freeze Dried Pineapple
1 C
Vanilla or Fruit Flavored Yogurt
Lemon Juice

PREPARATION

1. Place granola in shallow bowl.

2. Reconstitute fruits, draining water and toss with a small amount of lemon juice to deter browning.

3. Insert toothpick into each piece of fruit.

4. To serve, dip fruit in yogurt,coat all sides; Roll in granola.
