- Freeze Dried Broccoli
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp
- Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp
- 1/2 tsp
- Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp
- Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
1. Add hot water to broccoli to reconstitute; Drain excess water.
2. Squeeze juice from lemon into a large bowl. Whisk oil in slow steady stream until thoroughly blended.
3. Whisk garlic, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
4. Add hot broccoli and toss to coat with dressing.
