Directions: To rehydrate, add 1/4 cup boiling water to 1 1/2 tablespoons of dehydrated carrots. Cover, and let sit for 15-20 minutes. (Alternatively, let sit for 1-2 hours in cold water). Drain excess water. Yields approximately 1/4 cup of diced carrots.
I keep this product in my kitchen on a regular basis. It's so easy to just throw some dices into soups or stews. They are also good as a side dish - sweet with good carrot taste.
